I had the privilege of visiting different schools with Freddie. We travelled across Kenya seeing different types of schools from very small schools to some of the biggest and prestigious schools in Kenya. In every school where we visited, there was at least one member of staff that warmly acknowledge Freddie. It was clear to me that he was well known and well thought of. He has a very good grasp of how private international schools work in Kenya and in the UK. Above all, the young people that he had taught at some stage before leaving teaching were eager to speak to him and he warmly acknowledged them - he definitely has a passion for working with young people and the young people know that he cares greatly about their welfare.
